We created a life and business where our passions melted together with our work. My husband, Jose Mortellaro is a magician with creating functions, custom plugins and integrations for WordPress that automate repetitive work. One of his core values is efficiency. We both are nourished and inspired by nature and love to walk through the little forest beside our home to the beach with our dogs, sitting on the rocks and looking at the infinite blues of the ocean.

More work on the emotional and visual part of your website. In this module, you will define your why and vision, draft your tagline, learn about fonts, create a simple written logo design and get feedback on wherever you need some input or an outside perspective.
In this module, we will get started with the setup and structure of your website. With the guidance of step by step tutorials you will pick and install a first demo version of your website and start customizing the header, footer and overall settings of your website.
In this module, we dedicate all our attention to your ideal client and bringing together what she needs with your skills and strengths. We lay the foundation of the journey she will take through your website and get to know her on an intimate level so you can serve her with her needs and desires.
This is the module for photography and visual storytelling. We will collect, insert and edit images to infuse emotion and personality into your website. You will learn how to load optimize your photos, where to find stock photos and how to blend stock photos into your website in a beautiful way that feels aligned to your brand.
In this module, you will write the content for your home, about and contact page while also learning how to use the right words for your SEO so you will be found with your keywords in google in the future. You will also get an insight into how we collect testimonials and how you can the same.
In this module, you will set up your newsletter, work on your blog and decide on a lead magnet for your ideal client. You will also get some inspiration on how to design a pdf worksheet or how to record an audio meditation.
In this module, you create an offer that is attractive and custom made for your ideal clients. We write the content for the offer page, discover pricing and integrate a function so your ideal client can buy your package or sign up for a discovery session.
In this module, we will discover ways of soulful marketing that fits you and your personality and is aligned with where to connect and find your ideal clients. Setting up a social media account if needed and prepare to write your first newsletter to send out when you launch your website.
This is the week to do the final testing and have lots of space to ask all your open questions and finish everything up, ask in the group for feedback and prepare for the launch so we can celebrate you and share your success!

Scheduling the time to work on your website, create content, write copy, and work through the modules is an essential commitment you make to yourself once you sign up for the “Soulful Website Academy”.
Our recommendation is to block out 2 to 4 hours weekly to dedicate to this course and growing your business and website. The more time you invest the faster your business will grow.
You will create a professional and basic website that will help you get started with your business and you will have the knowledge to expand this website and add more pages in the future.
You will create a website with a home page, about page, contact page, blog, free offer page, and one paid offer. Your website will have an integrated free gift and newsletter signup function through the provider MailChimp and we will explain to you how you can set up payments through PayPal.

.You will need to sign up and pay for a domain name and hosting account.
Your hosting will be around 5 to 10 USD a month (including one free domain name). However, once you sign up you will be guided through the signup process step by step and if you have any questions we will be here for you. In case you already have a domain name and hosting account, we will support you with the setup and answer your open questions.
To go through the lessons you need a computer and internet connection.
You will need to sign up for an account on canva.com where we will create your graphics and designs (No worries there will be step by step tutorials on everything). The paid version isn’t a requirement but suggested as you will get access to more functions like resizing your work, uploading custom fonts and saving your brand colors.
For your email list, you will need to sign up to MailChimp which is a newsletter service and is free up until 2000 subscribers and the free version will be sufficient for you to start out. We will guide you step by step on how to set up, adapt it to your needs and integrate it into your website.
You will need a Facebook account which is the place where we will comment, give feedback and hold each other accountable.
Booking a photoshoot is an investment that will make your website look professional and will support you creating your brand in a way that is really aligned with who you are. A single portrait session can be sufficient and will not cost you a fortune. To give you an idea on how much you would need to calculate for a photo shoot, my photography prices do start at 350 USD depending on your needs. Having professional photos of yourself support you in being seen. You will get some info and guidance on how to find a photographer in your area and how to book your photoshoot in your orientation module as soon as you sign up.
Your website will be built on the free and open source cms system called WordPress and the lessons will guide you through every step on setting everything up.
You will learn to build your website with our own custom-built Freesoul WordPress theme. Thanks to the integrated and easy to use Page Builder and the step by step tutorials you will be able to adapt and build your own custom layouts.
The advantage of a page builder is the ease it offers in building pages without the need to be a developer or know any code. Besides the easy user experience, our WordPress theme and its page builder are optimized for performance.
Freesoul Builder includes all the important features as Contact Forms, Newsletter Opt-ins, Socials, SEO, GDPR functionality, Coming Soon and Landing Pages. You will not need additional plug-ins for anti-spam, Freesoul stops all malicious activities.
The program is built in a way that you will be able to build your website and be guided in creating the content on your own.
